Low power, high sensitivity, small package
SC2002 is a chopper-stabilized latch-type Hall switch IC manufactured using CMOS technology. It features high sensitivity and excellent temperature stability. Designed specifically for battery-powered systems that require minimal size and low power consumption, SC2002 supports a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. The S5 package also includes an EN enable pin mode: when connected to the power supply, it operates in normal power mode; when connected to ground, it operates in low-power mode. This IC can operate within the temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it ideal for use in consumer electronics and home appliances.
