Linear Hall effect sensors with analog output
High reliability, wide operating voltage range, high-speed linear Hall effect
The SC400X series is a high-performance, high-pressure-resistant linear Hall effect sensor. The output voltage varies proportionally to the magnetic field strength, with the voltage being half of the power supply voltage. For SC4002, SC4003, and SC4005, the static output voltage is half of the power supply voltage. Under a 5V power supply, the sensitivities are 3.125mV/Gs, 5.0mV/Gs, and 2.5mV/Gs, respectively.
