SC25893 is a two-wire current-type Hall switch chip designed based on the high-voltage BCD manufacturing process. This chip utilizes high-frequency chopping technology and a built-in high-voltage regulator module, enabling it to maintain high magnetic field consistency across a full operating voltage range of 3.3V to 24V, as well as within temperature ranges of -40°C to 150°C. Additionally, the chip features protection against reverse voltage between power and ground, ESD protection up to ±8KV, and a two-wire current-type low impedance output. These characteristics make SC25893 ideal for applications requiring strong electromagnetic interference resistance and high reliability.
