SC4645 is a programmable linear Hall sensor chip. It incorporates a magnetic field sensing unit, a three-stage variable gain low-noise amplifier, an output stage for temperature detection, zero-point compensation functions, sensitivity adjustment capabilities, and an EEPROM control module. This chip can sense magnetic fields perpendicular to the surface of the chip, and convert them into voltage outputs at a certain sensitivity level. It is suitable for applications involving current detection.
